The San Francisco project is a large-scale real estate development project in the Getsemaní neighborhood in the historic center of Cartagena.
San Francisco Investments was created in 2015 and currently has 39 employees. The project that develops in the Gethsemane district, rescues the heritage value of the intervened properties and the neighborhood culture and customs of its residents.
The hotel will have 132 rooms and 16 Rialto Four Seasons Residences, 7 food and beverage concepts, Event spaces including the Temple of San Francisco, the junior ballroom at the Club Cartagena, 3 meeting rooms and 3 outdoor terraces, 2 outdoor pools with views to the old city, the bay and the ocean, Spa with 8 treatment rooms and gym, fully equipped Technogym fitness center.
The project has an approved Special Management and Protection Plan issued by the Ministry of Culture. The buildings of Club Cartagena and Convento de San Francisco were established as Properties of Cultural Interest at the National Level.
